The best way of printing on to clothing is screen printing
Screen printing is ideal for large designs. Screen printing offers customers an affordable option when looking to purchase both in large quantities or make repeat orders. Once initial set up costs are paid the screens can be used time and time again. However as one colour is applied at a time the cost will increase with each additional colour applied. Similarly a separate screen is required for each colour and so this method can be uneconomical if only a small quantity of clothing is required.
Each product that comes off one of our machines is individually checked for quality assurance.
Screen printed garments wash well, are affordable and are great for large designs.

Manual Printing

Whilst our large automatic machines are idea for large runs, we are also happy to produce short and limited edition runs, and for this we use manual screen printing.
This is where screen printing began, from make shift frame holders and dodgy tables to the refined manual carousel with micro registration and a range of beds to cover almost any position on a garment. The concept still remains the same but being manually operated allows the printer to put as much ink down as he chooses. A great process for sampling and for producing small runs.
Also gives you scope to print coats, caps, umbrellas, bags and almost anything else you wish to throw at it.
Digital printing

With the introduction of theKornit Breeze 921 Cherry Pie will be able to print very complex designs direct from digital files without time consuming set ups.
With the 921 we have capabilities of printing approx 60 garments per hour on light shirts and upto 50 garments per hour on dark. This new digital unit is capable of printing on both dark & light garments such as t-shirts, pants, jackets and more.

Embroidery

We offer an embroidery service which is ideal for a range of garments. Once we have your logo or design digitised in our embroidery software format it can be loaded into our computerised machines for sewing.
Each product that comes off one of our machines is individually checked for quality assurance.
Embroidery will normally outlast any garment onto which it is applied, this means that embroidery creates an impression of quality and style. Design and set up costs can be low and the advances in embroidery machinery mean that designs of any number of colours can be applied in a single operation. However large designs can be time consuming to produce and so costs can increase significantly relative to the size.
Overall embroidery offers customers a long lasting logo or design that looks expensive and can be produced in full colour at no extra cost.

Tiedying

Tie dye is a technique for dying natural fabrics that results in interesting, colorful patterns. The technique involves crumpling, pleating or folding the fabric into various patterns, then tying it with string, hence the name. The tied fabric is dipped into vats of dye, then wrung out and rinsed. Tied areas accept dye unevenly amidst the folds, creating varied patterns in the finished product.
This technique can then be combined with screen overprinting to produce shirts as shown here with sharp logos on top of a unique background to produce a very funky design.

Transfer Printing
We also offer the facility to use a transfer printing method. This method is more suitable than screen printing for certain logos or products and involves heat pressing CAD-cut vinyl, foil or flock onto the garment. This method is most suited to individual garment limited quantity orders.
Although not as durable as screen printing transfers are fully washable and colour fast to 40 degrees and can be dry cleaned and even tumble dried at low temperatures.
